What is the service?
SPSA Business Recycling is a service to recycle standard office paper offered to businesses in the area.
How must does it cost?
SPSA Business Recycling is offered at a cost of only $11.20 per month to service the first cart, with discounts for additional carts.
What kind
of materials are accepted?
Office paper, which includes white and colored paper, computer printouts, and unwanted mail. Glossy paper, newspaper, magazines, file folders,
phone books, and non-paper materials are not accepted under this program.
How often is it picked up?
A truck will come to your business to empty the cart between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your predetermined service day every other week.
What
kind of container is it?
The containers are 95-gallon carts – about the same size as a residential garbage can. There is no additional charge for the cart as long
as you maintain the service.
Where do they go to pick it up?
The container is placed at curbside before 8:00 AM on the service day, in the same manner as a residential garbage bin.
What do I have to do to
the materials before putting it in the container?
As long as the contents of the container are limited to office paper, there is no preparation needed.
Why don’t you take other items?
Because office paper constitutes the majority of the waste generated by businesses, that is the only waste accepted at this time. |
